Nitya Nritya Foundation is being featured by Natural History Museum of Utah (NHMU) as part of their series titled: Community Curator Night – Wednesday, June 5th 2024 – 5:00 to 8:00 pm.
The event will be held in the Slot Canyon area of the museum. Entry is free!
There is a lot on offer!
Learn about the historical context of each of the featured art forms, experience the mini-concerts and get a feel for the arts with hands on engagement via the workshops. Watch short films themed on Indian art, interesting to novice and expert, the young & not-so-young! Experience exhibits of instruments from India & historical connections with others – a lot to absorb!
It is our goal to help each participant gain a greater appreciation for the Indian classical arts at the end of the evening.
Note: While entry to the Slot Canyon area is free, with free access to exhibits, concerts & workshops curated by Nitya Nritya Foundation, entry to the NHMU’s current exhibits beyond the Slot Canyon area do require purchase or membership.
